Flow & Yin

Slow Flow Mandala.png

This class is a sweet blend of Yin yoga and Vinyasa flow.  This practice begins with longer held yin postures to allow the body to work deeper in the connective tissues and release store tension.  Then it migrates into a breath filled vinyasa flow to build strength and balance.  These two styles balance the yin and the yang to bring peace and openness in the mind and body.
