Jessica Sledge Hunter Rivera

Jessica Sledge Hunter is a yoga instructor specializing in perinatal yoga and female pelvic health. She has been practicing for over 20 years and is experienced in a wide variety of styles including Yin, Vinyasa, Restorative, Iyengar, Ashtanga, Kundalini, and more. Introduced to yoga in New York City and trained in California, she has a nuanced understanding of the ancient practices as they are filtered through modern culture and enjoys offering a fresh perspective on how contemporary women, especially new mothers, can tailor the ancient asana practice to suit their magical, mutable bodies. She is also passionate about teaching beginners and truly believes that given the right guide, anyone can come to love and appreciate the healing power of yoga.

Jen Rault

Jen Rault has studied Yoga in the style of Krishnamacharya as taught by his son, TKV Desikachar, since 2007. She studied with her first teacher, Tiffany Conner, until 2017 and continues her private study with her teacher Kate Holcombe of Commonweal’s Healing Yoga Foundation in San Francisco. She has been fortunate enough to study briefly at the Krishnamacharya Yoga Mandiram in Chennai and with esteemed teachers in this lineage, including Chase Bossart, Danielle Tarantola, and her friends and colleagues at Yoga Sanga in Mandeville, LA. In 2021, Jen began the first year of an IAYT-certified yoga therapy training being offered by Yoga Well Institute, under the teaching of Chase Bossart and Amanda Green.

 

Jen’s enthusiasm and warmth fill her teachings. Her love for yoga shines through her optimistic, hopeful, practical, and accessible lens on Patañjali’s yoga sutras.

 

Jen lives in Fort Collins, CO with her husband, two sons, and two cats. She teaches private students, guest-teaches yoga philosophy training modules and offers a weekly online sutra study and discussion class.

Dr. Elyse Cornett

Dr. Elyse (Cornett) Bradley, Ph.D., is a professor and scientist with a doctorate in Neuroscience, Pharmacology & Toxicology who graduated from Louisiana State University Health in Shreveport, Louisiana. Elyse has 15 years of experience in basic and clinical science research, academics, teaching, and writing. Elyse has published more than one hundred peer-reviewed PubMed-indexed articles, book chapters, books, and trade articles. She served as Editor of the book Catastrophic Perioperative Complications and Management, published by Springer in 2019, and serves on the editorial board for the United Journal of Pharmacology & Therapeutics.
 
Her areas of expertise include: neuroscience, pharmacology, behavior, substance addiction, pain management, health content creation, wellness, alternative and complementary medicine, and clinical scientific consulting.
 
Elyse is passionate about health and wellness and is a certified and registered yoga instructor. Elyse has been teaching yoga, meditation, and mindfulness for 10 years through classes, workshops, and invited keynote presentations. Elyse has trained with Ally Ford, Melanie Fawer, Joy Fox, Kathryn Budig, Sadie Nardini, Stacy and Dave Dockins, and Monica Fayad. Elyse is also certified by YogaShred™ and RKC (Certified Kettlebell Instructor).
