Balanced Yoga’s unique curriculum builds confidence in your ability to teach yoga and provides tools to facilitate balance into your daily life. In this training you will learn to teach an all-levels vinyasa flow class, understand how to modify classes for varying levels and learn the basics for constructing your own class. Upon completion you will be eligible to register with Yoga Alliance and pursue teaching in studios, gyms and online.
Monica Fayad, Balanced Yoga School’s founder and lead teacher, is one of the area’s most experienced teachers with over 20 years of teaching, over 1000 hours of education and seven years training and assisting teacher training.
Monica is a teacher’s teacher. Educated as a massage therapist and a school teacher she brings a keen understanding of the body and offers skilled instruction. Her devotion to the practice of yoga and her community shows in her continued education and the relationships she builds along her journey.
Monica offered the area’s first local teacher training and she continues to be grateful for the opportunity to teach yoga to YOU and remain rooted in her community.
